It is our pleasure to present to you the school’s new Strategic Plan 2021-2023. Developing a new Strategic Plan is an important event in any organisation’s life. In the case of Our Lady of the Cape Catholic Primary School, it has allowed the Leadership Team, staff and the School Board time to reflect on our progress as a school and the challenges and trends likely to be faced in the future. This Strategic Plan is the culmination of our reflection and outlines our collective ambition for the next three years.

At Our Lady of the Cape, we believe that each child is a precious gift from God with their own unique talents and abilities. We therefore provide a Catholic, collaborative learning environment that nurtures talents and abilities, within a community of faith. The Strategic Plan 2021-2023 outlines the strides we are taking towards a strong future. It recognises the new Strategic Directions of the Catholic Education Commission of WA and their call to inspire through Catholic Identify, Education, Community and Stewardship, and to ensure we remain an accessible, affordable and sustainable school. We look forward to the challenge and working with parents to bring this plan to life.
